At Joystiq's Weekly Webcomic Wrapup I trashed Monday Night Crew's comic, having this to say:

"Someday I think I'd like to make a guest comic for MNC. It'd be easy, since all I'd have to do is reuse a joke that gamers have been telling each other for years and somehow make it even more contrived and stupid"

Dover wasn't having any of that. So he offered the following challenge:

"As Joystiq as my witness, I will allow you to send in a guest comic that you have written and, if you'd like, I'll have my artist draw it for you.

Once it's completed, I'll post it up on our site so that your work can be critiqued by the internet masses. You never know, your work may propel us to the top of the poll and you may find out that you have a talent you never realized you had before.

Just so you know, I'm actually not being facetious here either. I've been entertaining the idea of trying a 'mail in script' idea for a while. You can be my very first, and hopefully not last, try at this experiment.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I have just been served. I'm going to give myself one week to complete my script before admitting defeat to Dover. In the meantime, does anyone have any ideas for topics I should discuss in my comic?
