Haiti is appealing for aid to the rest of the world, and it pains me that people are choosing inaction and yet they still believe they are making a difference. Sending a donation is as easy texting 'Haiti' to 90999 (The American Red Cross; the $10 donation will be covered by your service provider and appear as an expense on your next bill).

If you want more ways to help, CNN has compiled a list of charities sending relief to Haiti. Stop praying, stopping arguing about Naruto and posting years-old memes on the forums and do something to help the people of Haiti.
